YAY!!!!!!!!!!! On Tuesday the 18th of April we got our Skilled Workers Visas. Awesome feeling of freedom and relief. We celebrated with 2 days off work, a trip to Tofino and a big party on Friday night… together with Maarten’s 31st birthday...nice early present. The lawyers office called and Maarten sat very quietly in shock. He had to see it to believe it!
Henk is visiting us from Holland. We saw whales, a bear, sea lions, bald headed eagles, seals on our trip, did a few walks through the rainforest and some small beach walks. Got blue skies....the whole time. Who says it only rains in Tofino??? ;)
It’s good to be able to go ahead with our plans and settle down a bit. We’ve got amazing travel plans… will tell you about them as we cross them off our list.
